  • Admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1976.
  • Licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Kentucky and the federal courts in Indiana.
  • Chapter 7 panel trustee in the Western District of Kentucky for over 20 years.
  • Has represented numerous debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
